Trans-Amigos Express - OCLC WorldCat Resource Sharing Information for TAE shipping

In addition to the information contained in the TAE label, participating libraries' must prominently display their libraries shipping information in the WCRS record. Doing so makes it easier for others to quickly package and address materials to you. Following the instructions below will help you update this information.

• Access your library’s constant data record in the WCRS Admin Module
• In the “Ship Via” field, be sure the data reflects your Location Number as well as your Hub City, for example: TEXpress Courier #23 DAL
• Be sure to click “Save Changes” before exiting the record

For those libraries not using OCLC WCRS, please display your TAE information on the interlibrary loan requests (ALA form, fax, email, etc.) you send to other libraries.
