Board of Directors
Amigos is governed by a 12- member Board of Directors elected by representatives of member institutions at the annual Amigos Member Meeting. The Board, which meets quarterly, consists of nine librarians and three Independent Directors, each of whom is elected to three-year terms and can serve a maximum of two consecutive terms. During FY2013, two members of the previous Missouri Library Network Corporation (MLNC) Board share their perspective by actively engaging in Amigos Board discussions.

Advisory Committees
The Advisory Committees at Amigos are comprised of staff from our member institutions. These individuals members volunteer their time and efforts to help fulfill the Amigos mission.
