Expectations for online services and virtual meetings increased dramatically in the last year or more. Many organizations scrambled to provide broader or even new online services to meet new needs. Virtual meetings have become the norm rather than the exception. With all the extra virtual, chat and even camera time, employees are experiencing fatigue.
