Library Staffing in the "New Normal" of Post-COVID - Amigos Community Conversations Event

Registration is closed for this event
Since March 2020, each of us have been living through history – the COVID19 pandemic. What began with adjusting to mass closings and lockdowns is now transitioning into reopening which, for many of us, means serving our publics in person again. As vaccinations are rolling out, students are returning to campuses, and public libraries are slowly reopening, how are libraries changing their staffing procedures in this new normal?

This event is free and open to Amigos Library Services members.

Join us on July 13, 2021 for the first Amigos Community Conversations event and discuss with other Amigos members about how library staffing will change, or stay the same, as we enter the post-pandemic era. Lisa Wells and Barbara Glackin will facilitate a dialogue that will provide attendees with strategies and information on how they can plan for new staffing levels at their libraries.
