Pokémon GO, the mobile augmented reality game from NiantIc, is taking the country by storm. This high level of engagement is a perfect opportunity for libraries to reach those who are not normally library patrons.
During the first day of the conference, you will learn to use The Purpose-Based Library approach to developing an essential, sustainable, community based library. As well as examine the community pyramid and dashboard metrics. On day two, you will break into small groups and begin to take the first steps in developing a work plan for implementing the approach all while having Huber and Potter available for questions.
