Striking a Balance: Positive Practices in Libraries, the theme for the online conference, will offer hints on how to find balance in solving problems, making decisions, and overall management of our lives and our library careers. Spend time learning how others in the library profession strike a balance and how this balance contributes to overall success in their lives and in their libraries.
