Amigos regular full-time staff members enjoy a comprehensive package of benefits.
Amigos pays for the following coverages, which are effective the first of the month following date of employment. Dependent medical and dental coverages may also be purchased at additional costs to the employee.

Amigos regular full-time staff members may also select additional optional coverages, including

Amigos employees have access to a 401(k) safe harbor retirement plan upon completion of 9 months of employment.
Amigos regular full-time employees accrue sick leave at a rate of one (1) day per month (12 days per year) for approved absences due to illness of the staff member or the immediate family to a maximum of 675 hours. Employees begin accumulating hours the first day of the month following the successful completion of one (1) full month of continuous employment.
Amigos regular full-time employees accrue vacation leave at the rate of 9.38 hours per month (15 days per year) during the first five years of employment. Regular full-time staff employed more than five years accrue vacation leave at the rate of 12.5 hours per month (20 days per year).
Amigos regular full-time employees have access to three Personal Days per year.
Amigos observes 10 paid holidays in addition to paid time off for the work days between Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
