Paid Leave for staff members eligible to receive overtime pay
- Vacation: Accrue 6.25 hours per month. Increases to 9.38 hours per month in five years. Staff member may use after six months.
- Sick Leave: Accrue 7.50 hours per month. Staff member may use after three months.
- Personal Days: Three per year, accruing at the rate of one per quarter.
- Holidays:12 (includes the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day)
Paid Leave for staff members not eligible to receive overtime pay
- Vacation: Accrue 9.38 hours per month. Increases to 12.5 hours per month in five years. Staff member may use after six months.
- Sick Leave: Accrued at 7.5 hours per month. Staff member may use after three months.
- Personal Days: Three per year, accrued at the rate of one per quarter.
- Holidays: 12 (includes the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day)
