Amigos Library Services Invites Nominations for Board of Directors
The Amigos Nominating Committee is accepting nominations from individuals interested in serving on the Amigos Board of Directors. The 2023 election ballot, to be sent to members in April, will include candidates for four positions on the board – three board of directors positions for representatives from member institutions and one board of directors position for an independent representative.
Individuals seeking the board positions from member institutions must be registered as the voting representative for their library’s membership with Amigos prior to the opening of the election.
Each position serves three years on the board (terms expiring June 2026).
Voting is scheduled for Monday April 17 to Friday April 28, 2023. Results of the election will be announced during the May 10, 2023, annual Amigos Member Business Meeting.

Self-nominations may be sent to Miguel Figueroa, firstname.lastname@example.org, by February 17th and will be transmitted to Nominating Committee Chair Mary Moroney.
