Identify Skill Gaps and Develop Talent in 2023 - Save on Skilltype through June with Amigos discount!
Skilltype, a talent and skills management platform that enables libraries to identify, develop and create higher-performing teams, is partnering with Amigos Library Services on a special offer. Amigos Member libraries can receive a negotiated, limited-time discount of 20% off the annual contract list rate until June 30th. Any member library that signs up after June 30th will receive a 10% discount.
This special pricing offer builds on the current project between Amigos and SKilltype providing access to a pilot group of research libraries to begin deploying a data-driven approach to organizational development. Initial pilot participants include Baylor University, Rice University, Southern Methodist University, Texas Christian University, Texas Tech University, University of Texas – Arlington, The University of Texas at Austin, and Washington University in St. Louis.
Libraries across six countries use Skilltype to provide personalized training to their employees, identify skill gaps, and make data-informed decisions on whether to recruit, reskill, or share expertise. For more information contact Tracy Byerly at byerly@amigos.org.
