Amigos is looking for speakers to talk about their audio visual collections for our latest online conference: Fast Forward >> The Future of Audio Visual Materials scheduled for September 7.
Positive comments about the program and patience with brief technical difficulties typified attendee reaction to the online 2012 Amigos Member Conference held May 9-10. Conference organizers estimate that 1,250 staff from 194 institutions participated in this year’s conference. The totals include participants from the Missouri Library Network Corporation, which will merge into Amigos July 1, 2012.
The snack boxes sent by Amigos to participants in the May 2011 online Amigos Member Conference were featured in the article "A Conference Wherever You Are" by Dr. Steven J.
