Voting Representatives: Did you receive a message?

In preparation for the upcoming elections, Amigos is testing email addresses to ensure that voting materials will be properly received by each member institution. A message was recently sent to the email address on file for each member institution's Voting Representative. If you are the Voting Representative for your organization and did not receive an email, please ask your director or dean to send your name and contact information including an email address to Pamila Carter, carter@amigos.org, no later than Friday March 31, 2023.

Voting Representatives will receive a Call to Meeting email in early April. It will include candidate information, election information, and an agenda for the Member Business Meeting to be held online, May 10, 2023. Representatives will then receive a message from the election service containing ballot information in mid-April.

The election will encompass choosing four members of the Board of Directors who will serve for three years. For more information about the April ballot, contact membership@amigos.org.
