The Ottenheimer Library at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock invites applications for the position of Academic Success Librarian (R0068092). Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
The Academic Success Librarian collaborates with university faculty, students and staff to support campus-wide initiatives in research and teaching and learning. The successful candidate will work both independently and collaboratively with library colleagues and campus partners to contribute to a shared vision of the library's role in academic success. This on-site position holds a twelve-month faculty appointment with rank leading to tenure. Salary: $55,000.
Duties and Responsibilities: Provides student research support and instructional services. Serves as liaison to professional programs in Business, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Human Performance, Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Social Work. Required: A master’s degree in library and information science from an ALA-accredited program. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
