Navigating the New RDA Toolkit
With the completion of the RDA Toolkit 3R project, the Toolkit website has undergone a significant transformation. This two-hour workshop will cover changes made to the Toolkit including changes to views, profiles, documents, searching, and other functionalities. We'll also discuss unresolved issues within the new RDA Toolkit.
Learning Objectives:
- How to log on to the new website
- Understanding the role of profiles in customizing different views of the RDA Toolkit
- Learn how to search for specific instructions without numbers
Target Audience:
Catalogers familiar with the old RDA Toolkit
Prerequisites:
Experience with working in old RDA Toolkit
Homework Expectations and Completion Requirements:
- One homework assignment reviewing concepts covered in session
- It is designed for individual participation; each individual must register.
