Know & Go: Building Strong Relationships with Your Teen Patrons
Working with teens in the library can have its own unique set of challenges. Learn how brain development, social media and every day stress and pressures, plays a role in how teens respond to you and the world around them. This training will share strategies to help develop skills to build strong relationships with teens.

- Learn how to create a welcoming environment for teens in your library.
- Advocate for the teens in your library using YALSA competencies.
