Practical Privacy for Libraries
In this workshop, we will delve into these actions and discuss the practicalities of implementing their guidance.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of this workshop, participants should be able to:
- Identify minimal actions a library should take to safeguard their patrons' privacy
- Discuss the major sections of a privacy policy
- Identify at least 3 tools that could be used to increase privacy in your library

Basic technical understanding of library services
Homework Expectations and Completion Requirements:
- 1 hour of homework per session
- It is designed for individual participation; each individual must register.
