Voting Representatives: Did you receive a message?

In preparation for the upcoming elections, Amigos is testing email addresses to ensure that voting materials will be properly received by each member institution. A message was sent on March 19th to the email address on file for each member institution's Voting Representative. If you are the Voting Representative for your organization and did not receive an email, please ask your director or dean to send your name and contact information including an email address to Pamila Carter, carter@amigos.org, no later than Friday March 29, 2024. Voting Representatives will receive an email in early April with the Call to Meeting announcement. It will include candidate information, election information, and an agenda for the Annual Member Business Meeting to be held online May 15, 2024. Representatives will then receive a message from the election service containing ballot information in mid-April. The election will encompass choosing four members of the Board of Directors who will serve for three years. For more information about the April ballot, contact membership@amigos.org.
