Preservation Grants: Up to $6,000 Available
Each spring the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) offers grants to libraries and museums to support preservation of their collections. Preservation Assistance Grants (PAGs) provide up to $6,000 that can be used for site surveys, preservation training, emergency preparedness training, digital preservation training, and preservation supplies.
The deadline to apply is May 1, plenty of time to apply for a PAG that can provide funds for your 2014 preservation programs. Amigos provides free application assistance to institutions.
