Amigos Mails Call to Meeting This Week

Amigos is mailing its annual Call to Meeting packet this week to those designated as Voting Representatives at their Amigos member institutions. Included in the mailing are a paper proxy ballot and prepaid return mailing envelope for those who choose to cast their votes in this manner. Later in the week, Voting Representatives will also receive an email offering them the opportunity to proxy vote online.

Also included in the mailing is an administrative memorandum outlining the proposed Amigos budget for FY2014, with opportunities available for comments.

Those designated as Primary Administrative Contacts at their institutions will also receive the Call to Meeting mailing but without the proxy ballot.

The annual Amigos Member Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 15, at 2:00 p.m. CDT, in conjunction with the May 15-16 annual Amigos Member Conference. Both the meeting and conference will be conducted as online events.
