Deadline for Fellowship Selection Committee Nominations is July 19

The Amigos Board of Directors is soliciting volunteers to fill three vacancies on the 2014 Amigos Fellowship and Opportunity Award Selection Committee. The committee comprises six members plus one Amigos staff liaison. Each member serves a two-year term. Committee members review and evaluate all Fellowship proposals according to the "Criteria for Selection" listed in the Guidelines for Applicants, and make recommendations for award selection(s) to the Amigos Board of Directors.

So that committee membership is equally represented geographically, appointments are made each year from among members in those states experiencing vacancies. Appointments for 2014 will be made from Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
