Amigos Awarded MLA Management Services Contract

Amigos has been awarded an organization management services contract for 2014 by the Missouri Library Association (MLA).

Under terms of the agreement, Amigos will provide financial, membership, and listserv management along with administrative services to MLA. Amigos will also provide conference support services to MLA that include conduct of the annual MLA conference and trade show and management of MLA Library Advocacy Day activities. The Amigos proposal, one of several submitted to MLA, was formally accepted by the MLA Board July 26 for the 2014 calendar year.

Since 2010, the Missouri Library Network Corporation, which merged with Amigos in 2012, has contracted with MLA to provide organization management services.
