Naxos launches new Naxos Music Library - World

Naxos has announced the launch of a new product, Naxos Music Library – World. Centered around the Smithsonian Folkways Naxos Music Library, World provides hundreds of additional recordings from labels like Sony, Warner, Arc, and Naxos World. Features include:
- Music from over 150 countries
- Over 1,500 cultural groups represented
- Usage statistics
- Personal and institutional playlists
- New recordings added each month at no extra cost
- HTML5 Player
Naxos also plans to launch a mobile app for this new database in early 2016.
