Registration now open for "Conference on The Purpose-Based Library"
Sprung from a casual conversation over coffee, this August 24-25 conference will examine and help libraries apply the concepts introduced in the book, The Purpose-Based Library.
To kick off the conference, co-authors John Huber (Lean Library Management) and Steve Potter (public library administrator extraordinaire) will cover the key ideas in their popular book, and additional speakers will discuss putting them into action. On Day Two, conference attendees will break into groups to work together on applying Purpose-Based Library concepts to their situations.
