Have you heard about comic conventions?

Come to this August 8th Know & Go to learn about their connection to the library. Cons in the Library - Attracting Teens and New Adults with Comic Conventions will examine examples of fan and comic conventions in the public and academic library. During this session, that is free to Amigos members, we will compile a list of individual program examples that can be built into a larger all day con. We will also discuss challenges and solutions for the format. Comic Cons can provide an immersive experience for your patrons and reach out to a fan community who may not frequent your library.
