Altarama Works with Amigos to Power AskAcademic

Did you know Amigos and Altarama work together to power AskAcademic, a multi-state cooperative of participating academic libraries offering patrons the ability to contact an academic librarian 24 hours a day, seven days a week?

Altarama has been a longtime Amigos vendor partner, focusing on providing libraries with technology to support all aspects of reference work. Altarama's RefTracker helps streamline the reference desk workflow. Its features include:

• The ability to see and control the progress of reference requests
• Reduction or elimination of redundant work
• Customized forms, reports, and workflows
• Creates an editable knowledge database based on local policies
