One of the best and most underutilized ways to open up communications between you and your co-workers is getting, sharing and understanding everyone’s Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
The MBTI is one of many personality tests that helps to understand yourself and people around you. In this course, we will review MTBI, relate it to the workplace and identify possible ways to modify communication to foster easier and more effective connections.
