ACM Digital Library Usage Reports -- December 2019

Dear Librarian:
December 2019 usage data has been added to the COUNTER 4 compliant and custom reports. Please visit the ACM Digital Library Usage Report Service to retrieve reports for your account. You will require your username and password to log in to the service. In addition to the current data, COUNTER-compliant and custom report data for 2009 through 2015 are also available.

If you experience difficulty in retrieving your reports or need to change your designated administrator for this account, please contact us at acmdigitallibraryusage@hq.acm.org.

If you have any questions regarding your institution’s Digital Library subscription or would like to receive the DL Bulletin for librarians, please contact us at dl-info@acm.org.

Note to Library Administrators and Librarians:
The monthly usage reports detailing the total full-text downloads for the ACM Conference Proceedings titles and Journal content have been combined and are now included in the JR1 COUNTER Report only. This update affects all reports starting January 1, 2012 and after. All changes have been approved by COUNTER and are COUNTER compliant.
