Free Global Forum Registration and New Atlas Systems Offers!

Atlas Systems is offering a free archives webinar and Free Trials to ArchivesSpace:

• Second Annual ArchivesSpace Forum
  The second annual online ArchivesSpace forum is scheduled for May 18-21. This global forum is free and available to everyone, but registration is required. To access the official announcement and register, please visit https://archivesspace.org/archives/6201.
• NEW: ArchivesSpace Free Trial
  ArchivesSpace is an open source software archives information management application for managing and providing web access to archives, manuscripts and digital objects. Atlas Systems in an ArchivesSpace Registered Service Provider. In this capacity, Atlas provides a variety of services including data conversion and migration, data cleanup, implementation, and hosting.

Atlas is now offering free hosting to “test-drive” ArchivesSpace.
Basic ArchivesSpace trial details:

• The trial will expire on June 30, 2020 or 60 days from the date the trial is available to the customer based on customer preference.
• All data entered in the trial system shall remain the property of the trial customer. Upon expiration of the trial period, Atlas can provide a complete backup of the data to the customer upon request. All data will be erased from the Atlas trial server upon trial completion.
• Trial customer will have access to the Atlas Video Training Library throughout the length of the trial. This free access will help the customer derive the most benefit from the trial period.
• Atlas will set up an ArchivesSpace server in our “Basic” configuration and will not allow the addition of any external plug-ins.
• Access to the collection through the Public User Interface should be limited to local staff reviewing functionality.
