In times of adversity, libraries and information professionals have been the drivers of innovation in their organizations and communities. By collaborating and initiating outward, libraries are adapting and creating new services, programs, experiences, and platforms for users. They are meeting the demands of ever changing physical and digital expectations, budgets and cultures. They emerge in new roles for a new era of librarianship - eager for the challenge. This conference provides space to share these innovations in Reference, Technology & Content.

Community Engagement Manager for Broward County Library in Fort Lauderdale, FL., Dr. Roslyn Dean will present the opening Keynote: Innovations in Libraries. Broward County Library recently implemented two innovative initiatives designed to expand access to the library in unique ways and reach customers beyond the walls of the library.

Nationally published writer, art librarian & archivist, and genealogy curator, kYmberly Keeton, will close out the conference with the presentation: The Poetics of Libraries and Innovation and the "Rhyme" of Radical Pedagogy. And, in between keynotes, the schedule includes a variety of peers and experts who will present on a wide range of innovations in all types of libraries.
