What’s New With BioOne: 2023 Collection Updates

Amigos vendor BioOne is a nonprofit publisher that aims to make scientific research more accessible and has several exciting updates and changes happening and in store for 2023. BioOne's core product is BioOne Complete, an aggregation of 200+ independently published journals in the biological, ecological, and environmental sciences and several exciting updates and changes happening and in store for 2023.

  • BioOne Complete Title Addition for 2023
    • BioOne Complete is a curated collection and each year they thoughtfully partner with leading societies in the biosciences to bring BioOne Complete users access to more research. BioOne is pleased to announce the addition of a new title from the Entomological Society of America (ESA) — Insect Systematics and Diversity. This title will join the BioOne Complete collection on January 3, 2023.

      This addition expands the collection to 218 titles from 156 publishers and will further enhance BioOne Complete's core subject coverage in the key fields of entomology, evolutionary biology, and biodiversity conservation. Note that active BioOne Complete subscriptions always include access to the full backfile of available articles, but for libraries who seek to secure continuing electronic access to such holdings, the BioOne Complete Archive can help you meet your strategic collection development aims.

      For existing subscribers, Archive pricing is prorated based on the institution’s existing post-cancellation access holdings in order to fill in any gaps in backfile.
