Description:
The Noel Memorial Library invites applications for the position of Director of Access and Discovery, a full-time, 12-month tenure-track faculty position, reporting to the Dean of the Noel Memorial Library. This position provides leadership and management for the Access and Discovery division. The candidate should be a student-focused, outcomes-based, collaborative, strong communicator, who can manage multiple projects. The director will have the opportunity to shape the library’s involvement in specialized support areas relevant to access (circulation and ILL), collections strategy, discovery platforms, electronic resources, metadata services, systems, and user experience.
