Purpose Based Library Conference is August 24-25

During the first day of the conference, you will learn to use The Purpose-Based Library approach to developing an essential, sustainable, community based library. As well as examine the community pyramid and dashboard metrics. On day two, you will break into small groups and begin to take the first steps in developing a work plan for implementing the approach all while having Huber and Potter available for questions.
