Announcing a Call for Proposals for the 2015 Amigos Member Conference, "New Perspectives: The Library Revised"

Changes in technology, the economy, and user expectations are driving an era of unprecedented upheaval in libraries. In response to this shifting of the library landscape, libraries are revising services, buildings, staffing patterns, collections, technology use and purchasing practices. They are working smarter and adapting to the ever-changing roles of libraries and librarians.

February Amigos Conference Looks at CONTENTdm

Our February 12 online conference will focus on a specific product from OCLC: CONTENTdm. On its website, OCLC says, "CONTENTdm helps you to make your digital collections fully searchable on the Web, more quickly and easily." For a number of years, Amigos has partnered with OCLC to provide consulting services, and continues to provide training, for this product.
