How Our Services are Impacted

  • Amigos Staff - Amigos services are operating normally while all staff temporarily work from home. Our employees are well experienced in working remotely and will promptly respond to your needs.
  • Both Dallas and St. Louis offices are closed - for the time being due to shelter in place/stay at home mandates from each respective counties.

TAE/TExpress Temporary Suspension of Service

In the last week, over 50% of our member libraries have chosen to close or suspend service due to the developing COVID-19 outbreak. Our partner courier networks, KLE, Mobius, and MALA have temporarily closed, as well as many of our peers through the US. Over the weekend, Dallas County issued a "shelter-in-place" order that takes effect 11:59pm, Monday, March 23, 2020. Due to this order, the Dallas offices of Amigos Library Services will temporarily close as of 5:00 p.m. this afternoon.
