In July, Text a Librarian will add chat, email, and text messaging through one dashboard as well as support tab widgets for library websites. With these additions, Text a Librarian is an all-in-one virtual reference and patron support software solution.
Until August 1, Alexander Street Press is offering free access to all of its online collections. In addition to the databases they’ve always offered, you can now choose titles to view online in streaming format or order as a DVD.
If you currently subscribe to any print journals from Duke University Press, you may save money by moving those print journals to an electronic collection saving your library valuable space for other print materials.
