Amigos is pleased to announce that Bea Ramirez has agreed to join Amigos as Trans-Amigos Express Manager and Resource Sharing Specialist, with an official start date to be determined. If her name sounds familiar, it's because Bea is coming back to Amigos after having been with us from 1999-2008, serving as manager of A-Plus Services, now known as Member Discount Services.
We realize that finding opportunities for professional development can sometimes be a challenge. To solve this problem, Amigos and SAGE have partnered to present a series of professional development webinars. The first webinar, From Shelf to Screen: The Little Green Books of SAGE Research Methods, is scheduled for Thursday, November 6. After completion of the webinar, participants will receive a certificate of participation.
