Our April 3 online conference, "I’ve Got What in My Library? Caring for Non-Traditional Items," offers a glittering array of renowned speakers in the field of collections care, both traditional and non-traditional items.
Dr. Michael Stephens and Dr. Steven J. Bell are the featured speakers for the online 2014 Amigos Member Conference, "Striking a Balance: Positive Practices in Libraries," May 14-15. Dr. Stephens will deliver the opening address, "Finding Balance: Reflective Practice & the Profession." Dr. Bell will conclude the conference with "Collections Are for Collisions: Let's Design It Into the Library Experience."
Amigos will be participating in the Oklahoma Library Association's annual conference, March 31-April 2, at the Marriott Southern Hills Hotel in Tulsa. Attendees are encouraged to drop by and visit with Amigos staff in Booth 4 in the exhibit hall.
