Amigos has scheduled another session of the online course Basic SQL. This course is an introduction to the basics of Structured Query Language (SQL) and will discuss terminology, design, working with databases, and working with PHP. There are no prerequisites; you will learn everything you need to know.
Amigos will offer two informative Know & Go sessions in the coming weeks: "Teens Create in the Library using Makerspaces and Maker Labs," and "Providing Services to People with Disabilities."
Amigos is pleased to announce that Carmen Cowick has joined our staff as Continuing Education Librarian specializing in preservation and collections care. In her position, Cowick will provide training, support, and consulting services in these areas for Amigos member libraries. She will report to Chief Member Services Officer Laura Kimberly.
