All ongoing library projects and programs deserve evaluation. When a project concludes or a large event wraps up, it is important to pause, gather feedback, and define the next steps. Debriefs and retrospectives are powerful tools for documenting library success and engaging library teams in continuous improvement. Learn the fundamentals of debriefs and retrospectives and plan for their implementation into existing workflows.
